How I got Started
Hi, my name is Joni Guerrero and over the years, I have been to numerous estate sales and auctions. I have a genuine love for Antiques because they tell a story from the past. When my best friend’s Mother suddenly passed away three years ago, she turned to me for help. Her Mother, being a collector of antiques and collectibles had left behind a home adorned with many beautiful antiquities. I spent several weeks researching and consulting with appraisers and collectors. This opened my eyes as an opportunity to not only help my grieving friend and her family, but as a way to really do something that I already love doing. I have a background in Real Estate, in short, giving me insight into making Estate Sale Services a more lucrative experience for you. It has given me the freedom to put away the dress clothes and be comfortable knowing that I am in a position that allows me to be involved in your community.

The job does not end there, we also handle after sale cleanup from making donations in your name to any and all further clean out needs. Our mission is to create a stress free experience, during a potentially overwhelming time. Whether a loved one passes, a divorce happens, you want to downsize, or transition to a new home.
I’m familiar with pricing inventory old and new, and marketing the sale to bring in the maximum amount of buyers. My organizational skills are exceptional along with my attention to detail. We will work quickly and efficiently to sort through inventory so that a scheduled sale will be in the very near future.
As a professional family we will do our very best to make sure that you and your family have not only a profitable and successful estate sale, but an experience that was pleasant and kind.

PREPARATION & ORGANIZATION
No later than two weeks before a sale date we will work to complete set up for the sale. I will provide, estate sale signage and other necessary items to conduct a successful sales experience for our Client and customers. I will organize, arrange and display all items to be sold. If, during this process we encounter items that appear to be of especially sentimental value, or we encounter especially valuable items you have not told us about, we will consult with you. We will use available tables, shelves, and similar areas for display purposes and we will provide additional tables, as necessary.
We will determine and set the selling price of all items by way of “fair market value” and liquidation pricing, and by using the best discretion on selling price trends. We will mark prices on them using price stickers, tags or signs that we will provide. We welcome your input regarding the value of specific items.
We will arrange for appropriate advertisements regarding the sale to appear in the appropriate media regarding your sale. In addition, we will place a sign in the yard during the sale, and additional signs in the vicinity of the sale, if permitted, with regard to local ordinances.
I conduct each sale in a professional and efficient manner. Unless you instruct us otherwise, we will conduct the sale with the objective to sell every available item; and to maximize the proceeds from the sale.
